Gaza Zones

The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) published a map dividing Gaza into block zones, the IDF says “The IDF takes all possible precautions to avoid causing loss of civilian life or injury, adopting all available means. Therefore, it always sends messages to the residents of Gaza by asking them to evacuate the targeted areas that constitute the target of the army’s activities, and directing them in all possible ways” This came at a time when the Temporary Humanitarian Pause ends, and the fighting in Gaza continues as well as the Hamas rockets which Israel’s Iron dome continues to intercept. Hamas is still holding a significant number of Israeli hostages, and the UN Human Rights Chiefs Volker Turk issued a statement “The resumption of hostilities in Gaza is catastrophic. All parties & States with influence must redouble efforts, immediately, to ensure a ceasefire – on humanitarian and human rights grounds. The situation is beyond crisis point.”
